Ethereum 108th All Core Developers Consensus (ACDC) call：Will include and test IP-4788 and IP-6987 for Deneb upgrade
This week, ETH Core Developers discussed progress on the following Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs):
- EIP 4788, Exposing Beacon Chain Roots in the EVM: Developers agreed to consider EIP 4788 for inclusion in the Deneb upgrade.
- EIP 6987, Forbid Slashed Validators from Being Elected as Block Proposers: Like EIP 4788
Developers also discussed progress on the following GitHub pull requests (PRs).
2 Cosmos
The Cosmos Hub Liquid Staking Module will be implemented in the next upgrade
The Cosmos community announced #790 is approved,and supported the implementation of the Liquid Staking Module on the Hub! LSM brings instant liquid staking, without having to wait for the unbonding period. The module will be integrated into a near-term future upgrade.

Base Goerli Regolith Hardfork has completed
Layer2 network Base announced that Base Goerli Regolith hard fork has completed. This upgrade enhances block formation on Base:Deposit transactions now have nonces for easy tracking；Contract addresses align better with standard EVM address derivation
4 BNB Greenfield
BNB Greenfield storage network mainnet launch targeted for Q3 2023
The BNB Greenfield Mainnet, a decentralized storage infrastructure, will launch in the Q3 2023. BNB Greenfield is designed as to serve as a data and storage layer for BNB Chain ecosystem. The network, when launched, will integrate with smart contracts hosted on BNB Chain to support storage needs in gaming and social media.
5 Scroll
Aave goes live on Scroll Alpha
Layer2 Network Scroll officially announced that Aave now goes live on Scroll Alpha.
6 Optimism
Layer 2 Network Optimism to Use Ethereum Attestation Service to Promote User Trust
Optimism, an Ethereum-based layer 2 companion blockchain, will be using Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS), an on-chain attestation protocol to enable users to assess the trustworthiness of the platform’s users and vouch for whether something actually happened on the blockchain. The attestation service will allow any Optimism user to create digital sign-offs on all kinds of information involving the blockchain’s activities and users.
7 Kava
The Kava 13 mainnet upgrade has been postponed to May 17
Out of an abundance of caution the Kava 13 release will be moved to Wednesday, May 17th.
8 Arbitrum
Arbitrum Nitro v2.0.14 is online
Arbitrum Nitro v2.0.14, Offchain Labs, Arbitrum Development Company Have been added to this version of offline pruning and eth_sendRawTransactionConditional (temporarily not on-line provids) support, and fix the problem of other validators.
9 SUI
Sui Token Cross-chain Bridge is now online
The Sui Token cross-chain bridge is now online, and any Wormhole supported assets in the chain can directly cross-chain to the Sui network.
Sui Mainnet officially went online at 20 o ‘clock on May 3
On May 1st, Gongliansui said on social media that Mainnet will be officially launched at 20:00 on May 3rd, 2023, Beijing time.
10 LTC
Litecoin community members proposed the LTC-20 pilot standard, and there are already pilot tokens online
On May 2, members of the Litecoin community proposed the LTC-20 pilot standard by imitating the BRC-20 standard, and the pilot Token has been put online. These standards are not official and are not recommended for making any community financial decisions.
11 Cardano
Cardano mainnet has gone online with the Layer 2 scalable solution Hydra
Cardano Network Layer 2 scalable solution Hydra is online on the main network. Hydra is a family of layer 2 protocols designed to make Cardano more scalable and adaptable for various use cases that require fast and cheap transactions. The first Hydra head recently opened on mainnet.
