BTC Ordinals released 0.6.0 version
BTC Ordinals released a new version of ord (0.6.0), which implements the first steps in recognizing more types of inscriptions (cursed inscriptions). Additionally you can now pass in RPC credentials through command-line flags, environmental vars or a config file.

Vyper, the Ethereum programming language, has been released in v0.3.9
This is a patch release fix for v0.3.8. @bout3fiddy discovered a codesize regression for blueprint contracts in v0.3.8 which is fixed in this release. @bout3fiddy also discovered a runtime performance (gas) regression for default functions in v0.3.8 which is fixed in this release.

Solana validators adopt the v1.14 upgrade
Solana Labs engineers recommended that all mainnet-beta validators adopt v1.14 on May 21, and as of publication time on May 30, it has been adopted by 97.4% of stake.
Version 1.14 unlocks a number of highly anticipated new features on the Solana blockchain that will be activated over time, and understanding how upgrading works helps users understand the network overall.

Noble to Bring Native USDC to Celestia Rollups
Noble has announced the introduction of native USDC to the modular blockchain Celestia, providing Celestia with direct access to native Stablecoins and other crypto assets.
07 Fantom
Gas Monetization on Fantom is live!
Fantom announced that the Gas Monetization program on Fantom is live in its beta rollout! Participating dApps can begin to claim the FTM they have been distributed, equaling 15% of the gas fees their eligible smart contracts have generated.
08 Starknet
Starknet will launch v0.12.0 version
Ethereum Layer2 Starknet will launch Starknet Alpha v0.12.0 to focus on increasing network throughput to improve capacity expansion and transaction latency. To achieve this, a new Rust implementation has been introduced for the sequencer.
Cairo 1 was activated when the Starknet mainnet was upgraded to v0.11.2, allowing developers to deploy Cairo 1 smart contracts on the mainnet.
