Paradigm released ETH client Reth v0.1.0 alpha version

Paradigm released the Ethereum client Reth v0.1.0 alpha version.
Included in the alpha version of Reth is a new Ethereum execution layer and a new SDK for building EVM-centric infrastructure. Currently supports Ethereum-based chains, such as Ethereum mainnet, Goerli, Sepolia, Ethereum Foundation’s testnet, etc.

BNB Smart Chain testnet is scheduled for an upgrade involving three scheduled hardforks named Hertz, London, and Berlin all at the same block height — 31,103,030. The anticipated date of this significant event is June 29, 2023.

BNB Chain Releases Layer 2 Testnet Based on Optimism’s OP Stack

BNB Chain released the opBNB testnet, an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible blockchain based on Optimism’s OP Stack, developers said in a release to CoinDesk.

06 Polygon

Polygon engineering team proposes to upgrade the Polygon POS chain to zkEVM Validium

The engineering team at Polygon Labs published a proposal to upgrade Polygon PoS to a zkEVM validium, a first-of-its-kind decentralized L2 secured by zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs. This is a major milestone for the Polygon ecosystem, as it would enable Polygon PoS to become more secure, more performant, and a core part of the Polygon 2.0 ecosystem.

Cardano Node 8.1.1 now is live on network

Cardano developer launched Cardano Node 8.1.1 on the mainnet. This update improves the node performance of the epoch boundary and corrects previous concerns about P2P/DNS.

08 DASH

Dash completes the reduction, and the block reward drops to 2.56630257 DASH

According to Tokenview data, Dash (DASH) has completed its reduction at block height 1,892,161 on June 23. The block reward was reduced from 2.76371046 DASH to 2.56630257 DASH.
