01 BTC

  • BTC Ordinals released recursive inscriptions

According to @LeonidasNFT, BTC Ordinals released recursive inscriptions.Inscriptions can now use a special “/-/content/:inscription_id” syntax to request the content of other inscriptions. This simple change unlocks many powerful use cases.

02 ETH

  • Cancun upgrade introduce EIP includingEIP-1153, EIP-4788, EIP-4844,EIP-5656,EIP-6780

Ethereum core developers finalized the EIP included in the Cancun upgrade at the latest developer meeting, the core content of which is IP-4844, which aims to implement the temporary storage and retrieval of off-chain data through Ethereum nodes to meet the data and storage needs of blockchain applications. Other selected EIP include: EIP-1153; EIP-4788; EIP-5656; EIP-6780. In addition, the meeting did not make an accurate forecast for the timing of the Cancun upgrade, but it is expected to take place before the end of 2023.

03 Horizen

  • Horizon EON will implement Gobi testnet upgrade on June 13

Horizon tweeted that EON will conduct a Gobi testnet upgrade on June 13 to improve the security of the network by changing some cost parameters.

04 Ronin Network

  • ETH side chain Ronin Network will perform network upgrade on June 13

The Ethereum side chain RoninNetwork will perform the Hatsune (v2.5.4) network upgrade and Olek hard fork at block height 24,935,500, with an estimated time of 13:00 Beijing time on June 13. Improvements to Olek’s hard fork include enhancing network stability and addressing several bug fixes.

05 LayerZero

  • LayerZero goes online to the Arbitrum Nova miannet

LayerZero is now live on Arbitrum Nova mainnet!. Developers based on Arbitrum Nova can seamlessly scale their applications to the more than 30 chains it supports, and projects already built on LayerZero can also scale to Arbitrum Nova.

06 Polygon

  • Polygon zkEVM mainnet Beta has been updated

Polygon Labs tweeted that,Polygon zkEVM mainnet Beta have been updated on June 8, the developer of zkEVM will begin working with infrastructure partners to update some of the network’s services.

07 Optimism

  • Optimism has completed the Bedrock upgrade

Optimism has completed the Bedrock upgrade of the main network on June 7, Beijing time. Bedrock is designed to reduce transaction fees, reduce system latency, and improve node performance.

08 Sui

  • Sui released SIP 6 improvement protocol

Layer1 public chain Sui Network released SIP6 protocol. Developers will be able to build liquid staking with the SIP 6 protocol update.

09 Taiko

  • Taiko has launched the alpha-3 test network

Taiko, the Ethereum Layer2 network based on zkRollup, has gone live on the alpha-3 testnet, and the updates include new protocol economics design and implementation, proposer and prover will be permissionless (alpha-1 has only permissionless proposer, alpha-2 has only permissionless prover). alpha-3 will also support Taiko Inception Layers (L3).
