Introducing the Oolong upgrade to Celestia testnets
The Celestia community has spent months stress-testing the Celestia network during the Blockspace Race. And now Oolong is being unveiled. Named after the Chinese tea, Oolong is the most recent upgrade to Arabica Devnet and Mocha Testnet. This upgrade serves as a release candidate for mainnet. If everything goes smoothly, mainnet may use Oolong.
6 Public Goods Network(PGN)
Public Goods Network has been launched, supported by Gitcoin
The Public Goods Network (PGN), a Layer 2 network based on the OP Stack, has been launched and intends to use most of the sequencer net income to support the Ethereum ecosystem and other public goods. At present, the deployment and infrastructure of PGN are ready for testing, and the cross-chain bridge, transaction view, block explorer and core infrastructure are ready.

Starknet will release Starknet 0.12.1 , allowing failed transactions to be included in blocks
Starknet tweeted that as the first part of Starknet Quantum Leap, Starknet alpha v0.12.0 has been deployed on the Goerli public testnet and is currently in the final testing phase before the mainnet supercharging this week. Later this month, Starknet will begin implementing and testing the release of Starknet 0.12.1, the second installment of Quantum Leap, the Starknet mainnet.
